Toxic conversation, toxic people and toxic relationship can’t give you anything other than mental illness. Do a favor, distant yourself from negativity.
She is more beautiful than me. I can’t ever look good in that dress. I’m fat. I’m ugly…. These insecurities are just inside your head. Love yourself and others will follow!
